Fox Joins Forces with Aquarian Drumheads

After a 20 relationship with Remo, Thrine drummer Brandon T. Fox has joined the Aquarian family.  "It's nothing against Remo," notes Fox, "I just fell in love with how great the Aquarian products made my big Ludwigs sound."  Fox went on to say, "Remo is the Xerox of drumheads ok....but for what and how I am playing right now, Aquarian is the best choice for me."  Catch Fox's new monster drum sound at a show near you or on the forthcoming Thrine EP.

Thrine Rocks The Fireman's Ball This Saturday 10/27

Thrine is very excited to be headlining The 2008 Fireman's Ball.  This is a huge costume event that is open to all for a $10 admission which benefits the Crisis Center of Birmingham.  The Ball is at the Birmingham Firefighters Association Union Hall at 184 Oxmoor Court in Birmingham. The party will begin October 27th at 7:00 pm and end when the last person standing locks the doors.  If there are any questions, feel free to drop us an email. Hope to see you there and by all means, spread the word and bring a friend!!!!  Additionally, the official afterparty is being hosted by Banana Joes where those attending the Ball will be let in free to the bar.

Thrine proudly celebrates Matt McCain's 30th Birthday with a show at Redline in Hoover.  Its a big night for the bass player and Thrine wants you there to rock out with them, buy Matt shots, and spank him repeatedly.

Another wild night at everyone's favorite watering hole.  It was great to meet some new friends as well as see some old ones.  Pics from this event will be posted soon in the photo gallery.  Also, a big thanks to Nana Funks in Lakeview for taking such good care of the band after the show.  The after party went on until the sun came up.  Outstanding!

Superior Grill 9/29 Show, Out of Control

 A big thanks to all the wild animals that went the distance with the band on 9/29 at Superior.  The show was crazy.  The band left exhausted and the crowd was fantastic.  Thanks to the staff at Superior for all the hospitality.  The band looks forward to the next encounter on 12/7.
